Born in Oklahoma, Rachel’s family relocated to Jacksonville, FL in 2009 and has since embraced the city as home. What’s your guilty pleasure? 

I will watch any and every Gordon Ramsay cooking competition show. His new reality series Next Level Chef is so fun, but you can’t beat a classic like Hell’s Kitchen.

Your absolute favorite spot in Jacksonville? 

Bold Bean on Stockton St! I’ve spent countless hours there reading, working remotely, and meeting friends.

What’s your favorite room in a house? 

The kitchen is so important to me. I like to cook my mom’s Korean recipes, and enjoying the space make food for others to enjoy makes the hobby that much more fulfilling.
