Cynthia Riegler
REALTOR®

Cynthia grew up all over the Midwest then spent a number of years in Seattle before relocating to Northeast Florida to be near her family in 2011. Those many moves taught her the importance of home. She believes that you find your home in a house, but also in a community.

Throughout her career, Cynthia has worked in a variety of industries, making her a bit of a “renaissance woman.” The qualities that made her successful in all of those varied industries were her ability to forge relationships and her open, honest communication style.

For Cynthia, helping sellers and buyers in the real estate market is about matchmaking. Matching buyers with homes they love, and helping sellers bring their house to market and receive an offer that meets their expectations. Buying and selling homes can be a stressful and intimidating process. Cynthia’s goal is to make every transaction as enjoyable as possible.

Outside of work, Cynthia is proud to be involved in community theatre. She has appeared in plays, staged readings, and storytelling events in Jacksonville and on Amelia Island. She is also the co-founder and producer of Salon of Shame Jax, a forum where people take the stage to read diary entries, letters they never sent, poems, and song lyrics written by their teenage selves for the amusement and delight of a supportive audience.

If you won the lottery, what would you do with your winnings?

First, I would take care of all of my financial obligations so that I could feel that I get to work rather than having to work in order to keep the bills paid. I would donate to some of my favorite organizations in support of human rights and the arts. And I would buy more real estate, of course!
